As the founder of Above Creative Pte Ltd, she has led countless branding and storytelling projects, helping clients across lifestyle, education, and social sectors connect meaningfully with their audiences.
Ella also runs Sewcredible, where she teaches sewing workshops that are beginner-friendly, skill-focused, and creatively enriching for both adults and children. Her second venture, Only One or Two, is a platform dedicated to selling handcrafted bags, wearable designs, and curated sewing kits—each item made with purpose, quality, and heart.
In addition to her creative businesses, Ella is a practicing ICF Transformational Coach, guiding individuals through life and career transitions with clarity, courage, and aligned action. Her approach blends deep listening, practical strategies, and emotional intelligence—shaped by her lived experience as a mother of two young children balancing entrepreneurship and personal growth.
